On March 9, the Taras Shevchenko Monument was unveiled in Florence, Italy. The ceremony was attended by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko and Florence Mayor Dario Nardella. The project, part of a cultural cooperation initiative, was funded by Sergii Boyarchukov, Managing Partner of Alekseev, Boyarchukov and Partners.

In 2012, on Constitution Day, Alekseev, Boyarchukov and Partners Law Firm presented the Mini-Constitution of Ukraine. This is the first and, so far, the only handwritten mini-version of the Fundamental Law, measuring just 3 x 2 centimeters. The book has been donated to the State Museum of Books and Printing of Ukraine as an exhibit.

Alekseev, Boyarchukov and Partners, in collaboration with business leaders, the Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery, and the Ukrainian Charity Exchange, hosted the Hearts Charity Evening to support children with congenital heart defects. Each year, 4,000 children in Ukraine are born with heart defects. The event aimed to provide life-saving occluder implants for those in need.

New Generation of Fashion, a project by the Ukrainian Fashion Council, supports young Ukrainian designers. The program includes lectures, mentorship, and collection presentations at Ukrainian Fashion Week noseason sept 2021. As part of the initiative, our lawyers gave lectures on brand protection, copyright, trademark registration, and legal aspects of running a fashion business.

As part of its charity work, the company annually organizes the trip to Slavutych Skatepark, supporting young skateboarders and promoting a healthy lifestyle. The event provides children with training under the guidance of top Ukrainian skaters. Over two years, more than 60 children from Kyiv and the region, along with 10 renowned Ukrainian skateboarding champions, have participated.

To mark the 40th anniversary of the Department of Business Law at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Alekseev, Boyarchukov and Partners published a collection of works by distinguished faculty members. The "Selected Works" series includes their key research, lecture courses, dissertation abstracts, and monographs that remain relevant today.
