Nazarii Adamchuk is an attorney with over 10 years of experience at leading law firms in Ukraine. His professional track record includes successfully representing the interests of banks and financial institutions in disputes with borrowers, as well as construction and manufacturing companies in cases involving the Antimonopoly Committee, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.

Nazarii obtained his legal education at the I. Malynovskyi Institute of Law of the National University of Ostroh Academy.

In 2019, he joined Alekseev, Boyarchukov and Partners as a senior lawyer specializing in litigation and bankruptcy. In 2022, he was promoted to partner, and in 2025, he was appointed as the Head of the Litigation Department, making a significant contribution to the development of the firm’s litigation practice.

Nazarii is actively involved in several social initiatives, including educational projects, and supports Pro Bono cases. He believes that the most rewarding aspect of the legal profession is the opportunity to help people.
