Valerii Pidchsiuk obtained his higher legal education in 2002, specializing in law enforcement activities.

After completing his studies, he worked in the pre-trial investigation bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Since 2012, he has been providing legal services in the field of criminal law. In 2020, he joined Alekseev, Boyarchukov and Partners, and in 2022, he was appointed partner.
